Refunds may be given in the event that a raffle is canceled. The amount of the refund will be less any transaction or network fees at the present market value of the currency used to participate in the raffle. Any registered user is allowed to report a raffle violation. The Rafflerage.net Site Administrator verifies all complaints. If the complaint is approved, the Raffle may be cancelled with the ticket proceeds purchased returned to the raffle participates.  Users are only allowed one complaint per day. The complainant must justify all complaints with two unfounded complaints leading to the cancellation of the user account and exclusion from the Web Site.
