Registration:
Anyone is able to register where not probative by law.
Participating:
In order to participate in a raffle, users must be registered. Participates may not purchase more than one third of the total number of tickets issued for a given raffle. A ticket purchase is required in order to be able to participate in a raffle.
Reporting a raffle:
Any registered user is allowed to report a raffle violation. The Rafflerage.net Site Administrator verifies all complaints. If the complaint is approved, the Raffle may be cancelled with the ticket proceeds purchased returned to the raffle participates less any transaction fees. Users are only allowed one complaint per day. The complainant must justify all complaints with two unfounded complaints leading to the cancellation of the user account and exclusion from the Web Site.
Raffle modifications and cancellations:
A raffle can be modified as many times as needed during the draft phase. Once published, a raffle can no longer be modified, once tickets have been purchased. Once published, a raffle cannot be cancelled unless reported for violations, where it will be based solely on Rafflerage.net Administrator’s decision to cancel or not cancel.
Closing a user account:
Any user can close their account at any time.
General Conditions and Releases:
An entrant, winner may be disqualified if they fail to comply with each provision of these terms and conditions, as determined in the sold discretion of RaffleRage.net.
Legality:
Void where prohibited by applicable law. Any one may participate where law permits at one’s own risk. Entrants and must register and create an account in order to participate. The terms and conditions of use for this website includes all the information contained here within Rafflerage.net.
Payments/ Transactions:
All transactions are processed using the RaffleRage.net Website. All raffle payments will be processed and held by RaffleRage.net until the conclusion of any raffle. All transactions will be paid using USDC Crypto Currency less or plus any fees charged for the transaction.
Winner Selection:
The RaffleRage.net Website software selects all winners. All winners will be based on the terms and conditions of the raffle. Rafflerage.net will terminate all raffles and declare a winner or winners, when the time period has expired, or when so deem necessary by the RaffleRage.net Site Administrator. RaffleRage.net will not refund any type of transaction fees. All fees, that are required, to be paid for any type of transaction will be the sole responsibility of any and all raffle participates. The winner or winners of a raffle must verify their identify by an acceptable means or winner or winners may be required to send Rafflerage.net a scanned copy or digital photograph of their ID card, license, or passport. The winner or winners of a raffle will receive USDC Crypto-Currency less any exchange fees. The winner or winners of any raffle is or are responsible for any and all levied taxes or fees.
RaffleRage.net, shall not be liable for:
Failed, returned, or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by Raffle Participate. Responses to Winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind. Any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an anyone’s ability to participate. Any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions, or other failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections that are human, mechanical, or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participator’s or any other person’s computer.
